$55 per ticket? That seems alot for a walking tour!

Well we can't tell you exactly what you get for your money without spoiling the surprise but don't worry it's worth it. Remember it is a walking tour combined with a reality clue based theatrical show. The fun is in the surprise.

Can I have a group larger than ten?

Sure! Just call or E-mail us to book a private event.

I don't have ten people, but would like a private group. Is this possible?

Due to our very limited audience space, you must purchase all ten tickets for a time slot if you'd like to guarantee that you are not paired with others.

I've purchased a ticket. Why won't you tell me where the starting point is?

The starting point is kept a secret to enhance the mystery aspect. You will be notified via phone 1 to 2 days before your scheduled event.

How and when will I find out the actual starting point?

A day or two before the show, you'll receive a call with information on where to meet. This is when the show begins. You MUST therefore provide a valid phone number at which you will be reachable on the day before the show.

Can I leave my hotel number?

You can leave a hotel number if you need to. We just need to be able to reach you.

I'm nervous about buying a ticket and never hearing about the starting point.

Don't worry so much! Of course you'll find out the starting point. Trust us on this one - everyone knows the starting point in time.

Is Memphis Mystery Tours appropriate for kids?

Our events are family friendly, however walking is going to be your primary transportation. Your group must keep on schedule so anyone can come as long as they can make it.

Can I pay cash for a ticket on the day of the show?

Sorry, in order to experience Memphis Mystery Tours properly all tickets must be purchased in advance.

I'm very smart and fast and will win Memphis Mystery Tours. What do I get?

Memphis Mystery Tours is not a race. You're a winner just for coming. Take your time and enjoy the ride.

What if it rains? I hate the rain.

If it’s slightly raining the show must go on so bring an umbrella. In the event of terrible weather, participants will be informed (via the telephone number given us) the morning of the performance and given the option to reschedule for any future date.

I have lived in Memphis my whole life and Memphis Mystery Tours sounds like it's for tourists.

Memphis Mystery Tours is NOT just for tourists. You may have been to some of our spots before but never in this way. This is a great event for locals as well as tourists.

Are gift certificates available?

You bet. Gift certificates are redeemable for any show that has space available.

Do I have to sign a waiver? Why?

All participants are required to sign a waiver, copies of which will be available to sign at the start of the show. Participants under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian in advance of the show. You can find a link for the waiver on the website.

How long is the show?

About 2 hours and 30 minutes.

What do I need to bring?

Besides your confirmation page and a valid ID, we will provide you with everything you will need to solve the mystery.

I am an awesome puzzle solver. What if someone in my group takes over and the group can’t benefit from my awesome puzzle solving?

If someone is being a clue hogger then assert yourself. It is our goal that everyone will have a good time and solve to their hearts content.

Is there parking close by?

Look at you trying to be sneaky. Naturally we can’t tell you where to park without telling you where to start. There are, however, several parking garages and lots that will accommodate you.

Will I know how to get back to my car at the end?

Just ask and we will be glad to help you.
